DIGITAL WRITING EXPERIENCE

0

I started blogging in 2016, when I was in the first grade of high school where my teacher gave me an assignment to create a blog for assessment. At that time I often read other people's blogs as a reference when I started my own blog later. After looking for references from the internet, I finally created my first blog. Writing my first blog made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't know what to write. I didn't know who would read my blog and how to write a blog that would appeal to readers.

However, I kept trying and learning from my own experience. Then came the time when my teacher gave me an assignment to write an understanding of the internet network on each other's blogs. At that time I just copied and pasted articles on the internet because I was still confused at that time. Then the next day we were given the task of decorating our blogs to make them look beautiful and attractive. At that time I was confused so I just decorated it soberly or with a basic template my blog decorating skills were limited to replacing the blog background with my own photo, which was tacky and embarrassing.

The next day I had the idea to try to write a biography of the celebrity I liked at the time, NCT. I wrote the profile of each member and edited it with my limited skills. I also tried to write informative and useful articles for readers but failed due to my lack of knowledge at the time. I also started promoting my blog through social media such as Facebook and Twitter. When I first started, I didn't have many readers and I felt a little discouraged. But I didn't give up and continued to improve my blog. I started writing better biographies and learning ways to improve the reader experience on my blog.

After a few months, I started to see the results of my hard work. My blog started getting visitors and there were a few people stopping by my blog. I also got comments from readers, which made me even more excited to write. I also learned that writing a blog is an ongoing process. I can't just write a few articles and expect my blog to grow. I have to keep writing articles that are useful and interesting to readers. I also have to keep promoting my blog and interacting with readers. I feel very happy when I receive positive feedback and comments from my readers, and that is one of the reasons why I continue to blog. In the process of writing my blog, I also learned many new things and developed my writing skills. I've gotten better at planning, writing and editing articles.

Writing a blog also provides a lot of career benefits. It's a place to showcase your writing skills and creative thinking. It's also a great portfolio to showcase your digital content writing skills. But lately because I'm not in a good mood and lazy to write on the blog. I started deleting all the posts on my blog and started writing on social media like Instagram even though it was just a story or feed. I then forgot about my blog and left it since 2019. even the password I forgot so I stopped writing since then.
